Home Welcome to the Texas Wrangler Darlins!
Founded in 2003, Texas Wrangler Darlins is a passionate organization bound by sisterhood, driven by service, and unparalleled in spirit. We are bound fraternally to the Texas Wranglers and have immense respect and loyalty to them.
We unite every kind of woman with the aim of changing our community and altering ourselves through service and spirit. Embedded in each of us are the qualities that make a strong leader, devotion, kindness, loyalty, determination, and grace.
We celebrate the relationships we make amongst ourselves, with the Texas Wranglers, and the Austin community.
We are a group of individuals moving as one toward a common goal: unity in service, sisterhood, and spirit.

Service is a major part of the Texas Wrangler Darlins. Active members of Darlins are required to complete 10 hours of service and new members of Darlins are required to complete 16 hours of service. New Darlins are also required to organize a service event for their class.
Each semester Darlin service projects include events such as Down Home Ranch, Kickball with Kids, Kaboom playground build, BPMS 150, Austin State School and Feed My People. Darlins frequently volunteer with their philanthropy Ride On Center for Kids a therapeutic riding center for disabled children.
Throughout the year, we help out the Wranglers with their philanthropic work for The Easter Seals of Central Texas. This includes the annual City Wide Hold Up , which is held in the fall.
Through service, we are working towards improving the UT campus and our community around us.
If you are interested in having the Texas Wrangler Darlins volunteer with your organization, please contact our Service Chair .
Sisterhood Sisterhood
As Texas Wrangler Darlins, we pride ourselves on the sisterhood we have built since our founding in 2003. We support each other through our years at The University of Texas and create our own home away from home. It's not a surprise that our members develop strong relationships with each other based on honesty and loyalty.
We have a series of sisterhood events throughout the semester to strengthen our bonds together as an organization. These events include movie nights, dinners, and our favorite night of the semester-Ladies' Night. We also compete in Intramural Sports, which builds our team working skills and strengthens our commitment to each other.
We lovingly welcome our new members and mentor them through their first semester. Additionally, each incoming class of Darlins is required to create and hold a sisterhood event with their class to strengthen class bonds.

Spirit Spirit
The Texas Wrangler Darlins are dedicated supporters of the UT Athletics program. We along with our brother organization, the Texas Wranglers, work with UT Athletics to support the Men's and Women's Basketball teams.
We support all UT Athletics and host tailgates for basketball and football along with attending baseball, volleyball and soccer games together in uniform. In fall 2010, we presented Mack Brown and the UT Football team with a thank you letter for their hard work and determination they had during the season.
In 2011, the Texas Wrangler Darlins became the student spirit group for the Texas Women's Basketball team.
To join us in supporting the Longhorns, check out our Hooked on Hoops Facebook Page.
